Using Information Technology to Improve Hospital Work Processes and Management System

September 23, 2007 – From August 25 to August 30, the Dorenfest China Healthcare Group held three invitational conferences for hospital presidents in Beijing, Chongqing, and Hangzhou entitled “using information technology to improve hospital work processes and management system”. We partnered with the Beijing Health Bureau, Chongqing Health Bureau and Zhejiang Provincial Health Department to bring a team of global experts to share the historical experience and lessons learned in HIT development in the U.S., UK, Hong Kong to help Chinese hospitals to develop a better approach to using IT to strengthen hospital management, improve quality, improve work processes and patient services.
