GE Healthcare is proud to announce the successful completion of a deal with Peking University Third Hospital (PUTH) to deploy Centricity® PACS, Centricity® RIS CE as well as implement HIS integrations across key departments throughout the premier healthcare institution. With the successful completion of the massive deployment, PUTH and GE Healthcare came together again in a customer conference held on the 22nd of November 2008 to share their success model with industry peers.

Japan: Shizuoka General Hospital achieves patient-centric approach with implementation of GE Centricity® CVIT

GE Healthcare is proud to announce that Shizuoka General Hospital (Shizuoka, Japan), has gone live with Centricity® Xi2 as a critical component of the hospital’s new Cardiovascular Centre of excellence, Shizuoka General Hospital Heart Centre.  In delivering a comprehensive, integrated solution, GE Centricity® Xi2 now allow clinicians to collect, review and access any data for any patient in a single system, resulting in more confident and immediate clinical decision-making.
Australia: GE Centricity® RIS (RIS-i) goes live at Randwick in Sydney, Australia

Consisting of three sites, Prince of Wales & Sydney Children's' Hospitals as well as the Royal Women's Hospital & Nuclear medicine department, which together conducts around 160,000 exams per year, Randwick forms a key part of the South East Sydney Area Health Service. The deployment of GE Centricity® RIS (RIS-i) at Randwick is significant as this is the first time in the ANZ region that the solutions has gone live using Radcockpit & Philips Speech and scanning module.
